As your rolling 12-month ONE PPF spend crosses each threshold below, your tier updates automatically on your next order. No forms, no negotiation, no quotas. If you drop below the activity floor of $1,000 on a rolling 12-month basis, tier benefits pause. They resume the moment you climb back above.

Reserve path or Volume path, which is better?
They reach matching rates. The volume path (Authorized, Cert Pro, Cert Elite, Cert Master) qualifies on rolling 30-day spend and updates fast. The Reserve path qualifies on rolling 12-month spend and updates slowly. If your monthly volume is consistent, the volume path will usually get you there first. If your annual total is high but uneven month to month, the Reserve path catches up. You always pay the higher of the two rates you qualify for (no stacking).
Above Reserve Pro
Reserve Partner 20%, contracted
Monthly volume basis ($20,000+ on a 3-month rolling average) plus a signed Reserve Class Partnership Agreement (RCPA). Rates above 20% exist but are invite-only and not published.
