Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

ONE PPF Inc. is committed to making onepaintprotection.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time audit.

2. What we do

• Keyboard navigation throughout the site, including checkout
• Screen reader labels on every interactive element
• Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA
• Visible focus indicators on all focusable controls
• Alt text on content images
• Form labels programmatically associated with their inputs
• Skip-to-content link at the top of every page

3. Known limitations

We track accessibility regressions the way we track bugs. Known current limitations:

• Some product gallery video content lacks captions. Transcripts available on request; captions scheduled for Q3 2026.
• A small number of legacy product photos use decorative gradients that may not announce usefully. We are progressively replacing these with production photography.

This list grows and shrinks as we catch and fix issues. If you hit something not listed here, please let us know.

4. Reporting a barrier

If any part of the site is blocking you, email sales@onepaintprotection.com with the URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you are using (if any). We acknowledge reports within two business days and share a remediation plan or workaround.

5. Third-party content

Some third-party components, such as embedded payment flows (Stripe), map embeds, or YouTube video players, have their own accessibility properties we do not control. Where a third-party component does not meet WCAG 2.1 AA, we look for alternatives or provide a direct-contact path for the task.

6. Ongoing work

We run automated and manual accessibility checks as part of every release and do a full end-to-end review each quarter. When a release or audit surfaces issues, we fix them in the next sprint and update this statement.

7. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement at any time as our site evolves and we improve. Changes apply prospectively. The current version is always available at onepaintprotection.com/accessibility.
