Refund Policy

ONE PPF Inc. ("ONE PPF," "we," "us," or "our") wants every order to work out. If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives defective, the following terms govern returns and refunds. This Refund Policy applies to orders placed through our e-commerce store at onepaintprotection.com.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. The delivery date is the date the carrier reports the package as delivered. Requests made after the 30-day window are evaluated at ONE PPF's sole discretion.

2. Refund Rules by Product Type

2.1 Unopened Rolls (clear, satin, matte, or color rolls in original factory packaging)

  • Full refund of the product price.
  • Outbound shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

2.2 Opened Rolls

  • 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Refund equals (product price minus the 15% restocking fee).
  • Outbound shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

2.3 Custom-Cut Sizes (15-foot cuts, 25-foot cuts, and any non-standard length)

  • Non-returnable, except where the product arrives defective.
  • See §3 below for defective-product handling.

2.4 Color Rolls

Any SKU in the Color Series catalog, including Aurora, Chameleon, Liquid, Metallic, Satin-Color, and Launch Edition lines.

  • Non-returnable, except where the product arrives defective.
  • Color rolls are custom-produced on demand; once shipped, they cannot be restocked.

2.5 Defective Product (any product type)

  • Full refund of the product price.
  • ONE PPF covers both outbound and return shipping costs.
  • Replacement product is shipped at ONE PPF's expense, at the customer's option in lieu of a refund.
  • Defective-product claims require photographic or video evidence of the defect and must be submitted within the 30-day return window.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Sign in to your dealer account at portal.onepaintprotection.com.
  2. Navigate to Orders and locate the order in question.
  3. Click Request Refund on the order detail page.
  4. Select the specific items you are returning, choose a reason from the dropdown (defective, wrong item, damaged in transit, not as expected, other), add any notes or photos, and submit.
  5. You will receive a case number by email.

4. Response Time

ONE PPF will respond to your refund request within forty-eight (48) hours of submission. The response will confirm the case number, the expected disposition (approved, partially approved, declined, or awaiting additional information), and next steps.

5. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval. Credits are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, and the actual posting date depends on Stripe and your card issuer.

6. Return Shipping Instructions

For approved returns:

  • A prepaid return shipping label is issued for defective-product returns.
  • For unopened and opened-roll returns, customer arranges return shipping at customer's expense. Return address is provided in the approval email.
  • Products must be securely packaged. ONE PPF is not responsible for damage during return shipping.
  • Items received damaged from customer-arranged return shipping are not eligible for refund.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Charges

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Outbound shipping charges on non-defective returns.
  • Custom-cut sizes (see §2.3).
  • Color rolls (see §2.4).
  • Training program enrollments after the training has been attended.
  • Sample kits.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with ONE PPF's disposition of a refund request, contact sales@onepaintprotection.com with your case number and the basis for dispute. ONE PPF will review the matter and respond within ten (10) business days. ONE PPF's decision on dispute review is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy is subject to the venue provisions of the ONE PPF Website Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to This Policy

ONE PPF may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications apply prospectively only; orders placed before a modification date are governed by the Refund Policy in effect on the order date. The current version is always available at onepaintprotection.com.
