Certified Dealer Agreement
Plain-language summary of the Cert ladder agreement (Cert Pro 9%, Cert Elite 12%, Cert Master 15%). Volume-based, auto-promotion, no membership fees.

The sections below are a plain-language summary of the terms that govern this tier. The operative legal agreement is provided in full at signup or on request. In the event of conflict between this summary and the operative agreement, the operative agreement governs.
1. Summary
The Certified Dealer Agreement governs Cert Pro (9%), Cert Elite (12%), and Cert Master (15%) tiers. Cert tiers are volume-based, not paid memberships. Qualification is rolling 30-day spend; auto-promotion happens the next order after you cross a threshold.
By submitting the dealer quiz application and accepting these terms, you agree to the Cert ladder mechanics, brand standards, and tier-discount conditions described below.
2. Cert ladder mechanics
Volume thresholds (rolling 30-day wholesale spend):
- Cert Pro: $1,000+/mo, 9% off eligible orders.
- Cert Elite: $3,500+/mo, 12% off eligible orders.
- Cert Master: $5,500+/mo, 15% off eligible orders.
Auto-promotion: when your rolling 30-day spend crosses a threshold, your account flips to the new rate on the next checkout. No reapplication, no quarterly review.
Step-down: if your rolling 30-day drops below the threshold for your current tier, you stay at that rate for a 30-day grace period. If you re-cross above before the grace period expires, the rate stays. Otherwise you step down one rung.
3. Discount-eligible products
Tier discounts apply to wholesale orders of:
- Color PPF rolls (60in x 50ft).
- Transparent PPF rolls (Ultimate HydroGloss, HydroGloss, HydroSatin, HydroMatte).
- Headlight PPF.
- Window film (where dealer pricing applies; window film volume thresholds may differ).
MSRP-only items (not tier-discount-eligible): sample kits, training enrollments, certain marketing add-ons, and items flagged tier_discount_eligible: false in the catalog.
4. Brand standards
Cert dealers agree to:
- No-resale policy: dealers purchase ONE PPF film for their own paint protection install business only. No resale of rolls; no marketplace listings; no transfers to other dealers. Install service pricing is freely market-determined.
- Trademark and brand-asset usage per the published Brand Guidelines.
- Honest marketing representation of product capabilities and warranty terms.
- Cert badge usage in dealer locator listings and customer-facing materials per badge guidelines.
Cert Master tier additionally agrees to:
- Maintain dealer portal access integrity (no credential sharing).
- Participate in named-account-manager check-ins (quarterly).
5. Activity floor
Activity floor: $1,000 trailing 12-month wholesale spend gates all tier benefits. Below the floor, your tier rate + locator listing + portal access (if applicable) suspend. They resume automatically the moment your trailing-12 spend crosses back above. Cert tier status accrues based on continuous above-floor activity.
6. Marketing co-op
Cert Elite and Cert Master tiers include access to:
- Co-branded marketing assets (Instagram-ready posts, customer brochures, pricing guides).
- SEO landing-page slot at member pricing.
- Dealer-specific lead routing for in-territory inbound inquiries (where applicable).
Co-op spend allowances (when available) are tier-gated and published in the dealer portal. Reimbursement requests follow the published co-op claim process.
7. Term and termination
Cert agreement is at-will. Either party may close the relationship with 30 days written notice. ONE PPF may terminate for cause (brand standards violation, fraud, chargeback dispute, sustained activity-floor violation) on shorter notice with cure period.
