The sections below are a plain-language summary of the terms that govern this tier. The operative legal agreement is provided in full at signup or on request. In the event of conflict between this summary and the operative agreement, the operative agreement governs.
1. Summary
The ONE PPF dealer program is structured around three paths that share a single ladder. Each path has its own governing terms, summarized in plain language at the dedicated terms pages linked below.
By becoming a dealer through any path, you agree to the tier-specific terms plus the general policies governing warranty, returns, shipping, and privacy linked at the bottom of this page.
3. Certified Dealer (Cert Pro / Elite / Master)
Volume path. Auto-promoted on rolling 30-day spend. Dealer agreement covers tier mechanics, brand standards, marketing co-op, and activity-floor implications.
See Certified Dealer Agreement for the plain-language summary.
4. Reserve Class (contracted partnership)
Contracted partnership path. Reserve Plus and Reserve Pro are earned auto-promoted on rolling 12-month spend (covered by the Certified Dealer Agreement). Reserve Partner and above require application + signed Reserve Class Partnership Agreement (RCPA).
See Reserve Class Partnership Agreement summary. Operative agreement is presented inline at apply time.
5. General policies
The following policies apply to all dealer paths and to retail customer transactions where applicable:
- Terms of Service (general site usage).
- Privacy Policy (data handling, cookies, third-party services).
- Warranty (12-year Ultimate HydroGloss, 10-year transparent and color, 8-year specialty).
- Shipping policy.
- Claims process (warranty claims and returns).
6. Changes to dealer terms
ONE PPF may update dealer terms with at least 30 days written notice via email to your registered business address. Material changes (rate adjustments, brand-standard revisions, territory restructure) require a longer notice period as specified in the relevant tier agreement.
