Passive earn-in. No application.

Auto-promotion the moment your trailing 12-month spend crosses the threshold. Reserve Plus at $60,000+/yr, Reserve Pro at $120,000+/yr. New rate applies on the next checkout. No quarterly review, no quotas.

Reserve Partner

Invitation + signed RCPA.

Volume qualification ($20K+/mo on 3-month rolling avg) gets you on the invitation short list. Mark personally reviews each application; the path runs through the 6-step apply flow with eligibility check, business profile, contract review, and electronic signature.

Activity floor framework

75% monthly minimum keeps benefits active.

All Reserve passive tiers carry a monthly active floor set at 75% of the monthly equivalent of the annual qualifier. Plus $3,750/mo, Pro $7,500/mo, Partner $15,000/mo. Tier-scaled grace windows (60 days for passive, 90 days plus rep escalation for Partner) absorb normal variance. Annual floor break (1 month per calendar year exempt) covers the rest.

How is Reserve different from Cert?+

Cert qualifies on rolling 30-day spend; Reserve qualifies on rolling 12-month spend. Reserve gives you a longer-term-stable view of your tier, a slow month doesn't pull you down. Cert and Reserve land at matching rates at the comparable rungs (Cert Elite + Reserve Plus = 12%, Cert Master + Reserve Pro = 15%). Whichever-is-higher applies.

What if my annual spend drops below the threshold?+

Reserve Plus / Pro use a 60-day grace window when monthly spend falls below the 75% active floor. Reserve Partner gets 90 days plus rep escalation (your dedicated rep contacts you before any benefit pause). If grace expires unrestored, the account auto-steps to the next supportable rung based on trailing-12 spend; the account itself stays open and active.

How is the monthly active floor different from the annual qualifier?+

The annual qualifier is what you cross to earn the tier (Reserve Plus $60K/yr, Reserve Pro $120K/yr, Reserve Partner $20K/mo on 3-mo rolling). The monthly active floor is the per-month minimum that keeps benefits active month to month. It's set at 75% of the monthly equivalent: Plus $3,750/mo, Pro $7,500/mo, Partner $15,000/mo. A slow month doesn't immediately pull you down; the floor + grace period absorb normal variance.

What is the annual floor break allowance?+

Every Reserve dealer gets one month per calendar year exempt from floor enforcement. Use it for vacation, equipment downtime, a slow month, any reason. The break button surfaces on the activity floor banner in your portal when needed. Resets January 1. Save it for when you really need it.

What does Reserve Partner add over Reserve Pro?+

Reserve Pro is earned automatically on $120,000+/yr rolling 12-month spend (15%). Reserve Partner is a contracted partnership: $20,000+/mo on a 3-month rolling average plus a signed RCPA contract, in exchange for 20% rate, territory protections, anti-grey-market clause, and dedicated rep. Reserve Partner is NOT auto-promoted; it requires an application + contract signing.

What's in the RCPA?+

The Reserve Class Partnership Agreement (RCPA) covers the contracted rate, monthly minimum volume commitment, territory protection terms, brand standards, marketing co-op, term length and renewal, and termination clauses. Are there tiers above Reserve Partner?+

Yes. Higher contracted rates exist for qualifying volume. They are invite-only and not published. If you think you're a fit, the apply flow has a free-text field for you to surface that, or email sales@onepaintprotection.com directly.

How long does Reserve approval take?+

Application review is 3 to 5 business days. After review, Mark schedules a discovery call to confirm fit (typically within 1 to 2 business days of review completion). Contract finalization and account activation usually wrap within 2 weeks of initial application.
